This may be the best way to track your progress as well. For example, by getting off at a lower level each week, you can measure you improvement.
6. Play sports, for example basketball, softball, or tennis. This should be an easy one since most of us enjoy playing sports anyway. Invite some friends to get together to play a game. You could even play some sports by yourself.
7. Walk around when you are talking on the phone, a step is a step. You may not even realize it, but you probably already do this.
8. Do a few simple exercises during television commercials. You are not watching most of them anyway. Activities that cause your heart rate to go up can help you lose weight.
9. Yard work can also be a great way to get some exercise. Again, you will be achieving two things at once.
Once you start to lose fat, you will not have to get as much exercise to lose more. The important thing is to get enough exercise to keep it from coming back.
