As I was doing extra research back in the days when I started to lose tummy fat after I’ve spend a lot of money on things that just don’t work, I discovered there is so much garbage about diet plans, exercises, ab-belts, bogus fat-burning pills and even more junk on the web, magazines and television.

Besides, if you do ab specific exercises and do the right exercises you will probably get hard abs but they won’t be visible because they will be hidden under your tummy fat. In order to see your abs you must have a low body-fat percentage.

To get a low body-fat percentage you need to do full-body multi-joint workouts to train more larger muscle-groups that will increase your metabolic rate and fat burning hormones.

Lose Tummy Fat Myth 2: Eating low-fat, low-carb or doing some other diet that restricts you eating particular foods.

To get all the necessary minerals, antioxidants, vitamins etc. your body needs all macronutrients. A low-fat diet restricts you of any macronutrient (protein, carbs, or fat) and this works against what your body really neads.

Eating healthy dietary fats is crucial for hormone production in your body, thus vitally important for the fat-burning hormones and muscle building.

It is proven that you don’t need to be afraid of dietary fats as long as you make healthy natural choices and stay within your daily caloric range.

As a matter of fact Dr. Mary Enig, Ph.D says in several of her books there is little true scientific evidence supporting that a high fat diet is bad for us.

Al of these diets are actually conflicting each other, every diet expert tells one thing and in already in the next diet you’ll find something completely different about the same nutrition.
